Delivery & Returns

Deliveries

We will send you an email order confirmation upon receipt of payment containing your order details and expected dispatch date. Please check this email and ensure your order is correct. If you have not received this email then please check your junk and spam folders.

We will prepare and dispatch your order within 2 working days (not including date order was placed) of order payment. We will use the shipping service that you selected at checkout and you will receive another email confirming dispatch and expected delivery. The standard delivery service normally takes between 2 and 3 working days, the expedited delivery service normally takes between 1 and 2 working days. However, during busy times or exceptional circumstances, your delivery may take slightly longer, but should be delivered within 10 working days from dispatch confirmation. In the unlikely event of our courier losing your package we will request them to peform and investigation that will take an additional 2 to 3 working days.

Next Day Service

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a next day service as the majority of our products are made to order.

Delivery Instructions

We cannot be held responsible for any parcels that are lost or stolen due to any delivery instructions that you provide. We may be able to add your instructions to our shipping labels, but cannot guarantee that the courier will act upon those instructions.

Returns, Replacements and Exchanges

Contact us from your account or send us an email to return an item.  We will send you a Return Merchant Authorisation (RMA) number and Returns Form for you to complete and include with your returned item(s).  Where possible, it is recommended to re-use any undamaged original packaging used for delivering your order. You are responsible for postage and packaging return costs and obtaining proof of postage.

All items will be inspected on return and must be new and unused condition. The returned items are your responsibility until they reach us. Ensure that they are packaged properly so that they are not damaged during transit. We recommend that you return items using a courier that can provide delivery confirmation or tracking.

Your return will be processed within 2 to 5 working days of receipt. Your refund can take up to an additional 1 to 2 working days and is dependent on your payment provider. The overall expected time for an exhange can take up to 7 days from receipt of item.  If you do not follow our returns procedure then your return may not be accepted and it will be returned to you with a service charge.

Replacements or Exchanges

If you have recieved an item that is not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, or as described then you can return it to us for a refund, repair, or replacement depending on the duration you have owned the item. You must contact us prior to returning the item to us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorsation (RMA) number. Your returned item must be packaged securely, include the completed returns' form and have the RMA number and our return address clearly printed. For returned items that are faulty and have followed our returns procedures, we will refund your shipping costs up to a reasonable maximum value of £0.96 for letters / large letter sizes, or £2.95 for all other package sizes

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns if you have not been given an RMA number and followed our returns procedure. You are responsible for selecting a courier and using appropriate packaging to ensure safe arrival of your item to us. We are not responsible for returned items that have been lost or damaged during transit. We recommend that you use a shipping service that can provide tracking or delivery confirmation, and depending on value, offers an insurance service. In the event of us receiving an uapproved returned item then we will return your item to you at an additional cost that must be paid before shipping, or dispose of the item at no cost.

We are unable to provide replacements or exchanges for 'change of mind' items that you have returned to us. You can return these items to us for a full refund with a pro-rata refund of shipping costs (in the event of multiple items in your original order) We cannot accept items that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged due to improper care. Your right of cancellation does not apply to custom-made or personalised items. If you require a replacement or exchange then you should return the original item to us and create a new order with the new item. You are responsible for the safe safe arrival and shippings cost of returning 'change of mind' items to us.

Website Order Cancellation

Orders that have not been marked as shipped can be cancelled at any time. You can request an order cancellation by sending us a message from your account or via email. Your refund will be processed at the same time as the order cancellation. You will receive an email detailing the cancellation of your order and refund amount.

Shipping Restrictions - UK Deliveries only

We can only ship to addresses within the UK (England, Wales, Scotland [inc. islands] N. Ireland and Isle of Man). Regretablly, we are unable to ship to Post Office Boxes (PO Box) and British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses due to courier servies and their restrictions.

We do not ship to addresses outside the United Kingdom.

Any orders accepted by our website with for non-UK, PO Box, or BFPO addresses will be cancelled and refunded within 1 to 2 working days.
